Eco Renovation

We have a lot of experience in converting and re using buildings of all types. Typically, older buildings have substandard envelopes and require environmental analysis before advice can be given on how best to upgrade walls, roofs, windows and doors. At the Claverly Hotel in London we acted as environmental consultants to help the co-ordination of the design and installation of low energy technology. We used environmental modelling software to calculate the theoretical energy demands of the building, used our design experience to design low energy renovation details which are sensitive to the buildings character and then calculated potential energy savings that could be enacted by their adoption. We also have experience renovating more modern buildings.
