Atlantic College: Phase 1

This eco-refurb allows the college to replace the out-of-date heating system with combined ground source heat pump/wholehouse ventilation system from Zehnder who are using the scheme as a pilot project in the UK. This, The 1st finished student house is now being monitored by University of Wales Institute Cardiff to assess its environmental performance.
