The Old Chapel
The Old Chapel is a small residential conversion in the wilds of Cumbria and a self build project by Alan Gillard. The construction made use of traditional lime technologies to the external walls and joinery techniques to match original sash windows. The dwelling is heated using biomass fuels connected to solar water heating.
