Restoration & Conversion

This C16 grade II listed farmhouse and barn are the last of their type within the settlement boundaries of Cardiff and are on the border of the St Fagans conservation area. Therefore they are under very strict attention from the planning authorities.

Years of neglect have left the farmhouse in a poor state and the barn near to the state of collapse. Our proposed interventions are designed to ensure the survival of these historic structures and a retention of their character towards a public footpath passing in front of the property. The two buildings will be restored into two high quality homes for modern family living bordering an area of natural beauty.
